When you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password.

When you use BrickTicker, we store the LEGO items you track, your target and purchase prices, and your notification preferences (e.g. weekly digest toggle).

If you submit feedback, we store the content of your message.

We do not collect payment information, physical addresses, or any personally identifiable information beyond your email address.

We collect data through:

• Account registration and setup
• Your interactions with the app (adding items, setting targets, adjusting settings)
• Feedback you voluntarily submit

Your data is used solely to provide the BrickTicker service:

• Sending price alert emails when a tracked item hits your target
• Sending the optional weekly watchlist digest
• Displaying your watchlist and settings in the app
• Responding to feedback you submit

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use trusted third-party service providers for infrastructure, authentication, and email delivery. These providers process your data only as necessary to operate the service and are contractually bound to protect it. We do not sell or share your data with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.

BrickTicker uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.

We collect aggregated, anonymized page-view statistics to understand how the service is used. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data — including watchlist items, settings, and feedback — is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

To request account deletion, email us at support@brickticker.app. We will process requests within 7 days.

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion — request that we delete your account and associated data
• Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data
• Portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format

Passwords are never stored in plaintext. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We enforce access controls to ensure users can only access their own data.

BrickTicker is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice in the app. Continued use of BrickTicker after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
