Terms of Service

By creating an account or using BrickTicker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

BrickTicker is a price-monitoring tool that tracks LEGO set and minifig prices on BrickLink and sends email alerts when user-defined target prices are reached. The service is provided on a free-to-use basis, subject to a 15-item limit per account on the free plan. The availability and limits of features may change over time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not use BrickTicker for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or impair the service or other users' access to it.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from BrickTicker
• Resell, redistribute, or commercialize BrickTicker data or features without our written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use the service in a way that interferes with its normal operation

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

BrickTicker provides market data for informational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. LEGO collectibles can decrease in value. You are solely responsible for your buying and selling decisions.

Prices are sourced from BrickLink's API and reflect active listings at the time of the daily fetch. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of price data. Alert emails are sent once per day after the scheduled price fetch — there may be a delay between a price movement and your notification.

All content, design, and code comprising BrickTicker is owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

BrickTicker is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, or that alerts will be delivered under all circumstances. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BrickTicker and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed price alerts or losses from buy/sell decisions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are abusing the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice in the app. Continued use of BrickTicker after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

BrickTicker is an independent price-monitoring tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the LEGO Group or BrickLink, Inc. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group.
